Florence House sits at the top of Seaford head on the edge of the South Downs. It was built in the 1920's and has been beautifully restored into a perfect venue for retreats.
The house is surrounded by gorgeous landscapes and sea breezes. It is truly a haven tucked away waiting to be found. It is a place of inspiration, of calm, that reveals the potential of each guest through the healing energy of the space - I am so lucky and blessed that i found this beautiful retreat.
A coastal path leads from the house into the Seven Sisters Country Park and unspoilt beaches are only a short distance away making the location perfect for walks along the beach and the downs and if we're feeling up to it some sea dipping.
You will be fed the most incredible yummy nutritious cleansing home cooked vegetarian/vegan meals and snacks throughout your stay.
